Our trauma-informed, inclusive approach strives for every body and mind to feel safe and supported. With intimate small group classes, courses, private sessions, day retreats, and workshops, we’re here to help you prioritize you.     What to Expect:

    Restorative & Gentle Yin poses supported by props (blankets, bolsters, blocks - all provided)

    Focus on slow, deep breathing to enhance relaxation and de-stress.

    Gentle mobilising movements to release tension and soothe your nervous system.

    Guided meditation for peace and clarity.

    Come as you are, with no prior experience required, and leave feeling nurtured, peaceful, and deeply rested.

  • Gentle Yoga

    What to Expect:

    Gentle mobilising movements and poses that focus on awakening the body-mind connection, and unwinding chronic holding patterns of stress and tension.

    Breathing techniques to calm, balance, and awaken.

    Myo-fascial release techniques to release deep-seated tension and tightness that will help you to move and breathe better.

    Guided meditation for relaxation, focus, and inner-awareness

    Come as you are, and leave feeling more balanced, nurtured, and deeply connected to your body and mind.
