My journey with yoga deepened after becoming a mother, during a time marked by exhaustion, overwhelm, and postpartum depression. Yoga became a lifeline—guiding me back to myself, grounding me, and revealing that caring for others starts with caring for myself. More than just movement, it became a pathway to deeper meaning and purpose in life.

I love the more subtle and quieter practices including meditation, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and conscious breathing. These practices support me to connect with myself and notice what I’m carrying - what I need to let go. My desire is to live more open and whole-heartedly. To share kindness and compassion to others. But to do this starts with extending that same attitude towards myself. When you work on you, everyone benefits!

I offer gentle, accessible yoga sessions that support mental and emotional well-being through a body-based, trauma-informed approach. Blending Restorative & Yin Yoga with applied polyvagal theory, neuroscience, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and yogic philosophy, each class is designed to help you build resilience, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner guide and wisdom of thee body.
