Join us for a day of nurture, rest, and connection. You will be guided through practices designed to restore balance to your whole being, relieve the mental load, and nourish your body. This retreat is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself through the wisdom of the seasons, embracing the rhythm of nature to cultivate deeper awareness and inner peace. Our philosophy is inspired by the holistic framework of Traditional Chinese Medicine that uses nature and seasonal living as its guiding principle. You will gain an insightful understanding of how calm can be cultivated through a holistic framework by nourishing and balancing the body, mind, and spirit.
This day retreat is welcome to EVERYONE, no prior of yoga or breath work is required. Come as you are and be held in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Throughout the day you will experience:
Seasonal Restorative Yin Yoga: Expereince slow, introspective poses that honour the seasonal shifts, helping you tap into the body's natural cycles and release deep seated tension and stagnation. This practice will support a deep and profound state of rest. The human version of plugging yourself in to recharge.
Meditation: Make peace with your mind and thoughts through simple and effective meditation. Develop a kind and compassionate relationship with your thoughts by understanding the nervous system first. HINT: the mind is actually our friend! even if it doesn’t feel like it sometimes.
Nourishing Seasonal Food: Enjoy delicious, home-cooked lunch and desert that align with the season, designed to fuel and nourish your body from the inside out.
Conscious Breathing: Explore restorative breath-work techniques that activate the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing for a deep physiological resilience and a relaxation effect.
Nervous System Education: Learn about the nervous system and its connection to emotional well-being, empowering you with tools to manage stress and cultivate resilience. You will be taught how to breathe functionally for enhanced health and wellbeing using the Three Zone Respiration Model.
